This 642 acre strategic regeneration site...

adjacent to Junction 5 of the M18 will comprise a power park, over 3,000 new homes, a school, healthcare facilities, a new retail centre and 160 acres of employment opportunities from large scale logistics to an advanced science park on a former colliery site.

This regeneration strategy is being run in collaboration with Doncaster City council and will be an exemplar development scheme for Yorkshire, benchmarking the highest standards of sustainable development.

We are acting as lead design and master planning consultant and delivered an outline planning application in May 2015 with a planning decision due before Christmas 2015.
